I work where the customer meets the code.

I'm Adrian Aymont. I run enterprise customer success in fleet telematics and IoT, and I write the software my customers end up needing: add-ins, integrations, reports that used to take a day.

File A · Code

Hours into minutes

A BC municipality spent most of a working day pulling fleet reports for 500–600 vehicles. I built a Geotab add-in that does it in five minutes. The same approach produced a state DOT report in 12 minutes that had taken one to two days.

File B · Listening

Asking customers, properly

Product requests were arriving one anecdote at a time. I led a voice-of-customer study with 26 of our key and enterprise clients across ten industries, ranked what they told us, and presented the findings to the whole company and the Product team.

File C · Persistence

A two-year pursuit

A global toll-road operator took two years to say yes. Once they did, I negotiated the Geotab API plan, stood up the database and built the ordering and consolidated-invoicing flow myself.

Result: a fleet-wide rollout, end to end
File D · Foresight

Ahead of the mandate

I flagged British Columbia's new forward-facing dashcam rule to a major forest-products customer before they had heard of it, and got them into Geotab's satellite-device pilot for equipment working beyond cell coverage.

Result: months of lead time to comply
File E · Convening

Three states, one table

I facilitate a government customer advisory group with three state agencies, so public-sector fleets can compare notes and shape what gets built next.

Result: a standing forum the agencies come back to
02 · The path

Every seat at the table, in order
